BloodMarker is run by a small independent team. Email is the only way to reach us, and it goes straight to the people who build and write the site.

Tell us which page and what is wrong. Reference ranges differ between laboratories and guidelines are revised, so corrections are genuinely useful to us and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it up. Include the page address if you can.
A question about your analysis
We can help with how the tool works, what a section of your report means, or a file that would not upload. We cannot give medical advice, interpret your results for you personally, or tell you what to do about them. That is a conversation for your doctor, who has your history in front of them.
Billing and cancellation
Email us about a charge you do not recognise, or to cancel. You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time from the link in your receipt.
Your data
The document itself is never kept. A PDF, photo or screenshot is read once to pull the numbers off it, and it is not stored on our side afterwards.
What we do hold is the values that were read from it, and your email address. Nothing else. No name unless you give us one, no address, no medical history, no copy of the paperwork.
Those values sit in two places. If you bought a report, they are attached to that payment record with our payment processor. If you saved a test to your tracker, they are in your tracker so the next one can be compared against it. If you never did either, there is nothing on our side at all.
You can delete any saved test yourself from the tracker at any time. To have everything removed, including the payment record, email us and we will do it and confirm when it is gone. See the privacy policy for the longer version.
