BloodMarker is run by a small independent team. Email is the only way to reach us, and it goes straight to the people who build and write the site.

Tell us which page and what is wrong. Reference ranges differ between laboratories and guidelines are revised, so corrections are genuinely useful to us and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it up. Include the page address if you can.
A question about your analysis
We can help with how the tool works, what a section of your report means, or a file that would not upload. We cannot give medical advice, interpret your results for you personally, or tell you what to do about them. That is a conversation for your doctor, who has your history in front of them.
Billing and cancellation
Email us about a charge you do not recognise, or to cancel. You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time from the link in your receipt.
Your data
Blood test values you enter are processed in your browser and are never sent to our servers, so there is usually nothing on our side to delete. If you have bought a report and want the record of that purchase removed, email us and we will do it. See the privacy policy for what we hold and why.
